Season Pass Policy

Season passes are non-refundable and are valid only for the ski season for which they were purchased, subject to the exception below.

If Cuchara Mountain Park is unable to open for the winter season due to circumstances beyond our control, including our current water situation, and the park does not operate at all during that season, your season pass will be honored for the following ski season.

However, if the park opens and operates at any point during the purchased ski season, even for a limited period of time, season passes are non-refundable and will not be transferred to a future season. This applies regardless of weather, snow conditions, temporary closures, or changes in personal plans.

By purchasing a season pass, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
